All papers must conform to the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex) and Submission Guideline set in advance by QRS 2022 or co-located workshops. They must be in English and in PDF format. Submissions that do not comply with the above instructions will be rejected without review.
Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee and evaluated on originality, contribution, soundness, presentation and relatedness. The program committee as a whole will make final decisions about which submissions to accept for presentation at the conference.
IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) will publish the proceedings. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Authors of top quality papers will be invited to submit their extended versions to a Journal of Systems and Software (JSS) published by Elsevier.
Submit original manuscripts (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of twelve pages. Each paper should include a title, the name and affiliation of each author, a 150-word abstract, and up to 6 keywords. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex).
The objective of short papers is to report novel ideas and results that have not been fully evaluated. Submit original manuscripts (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of ten pages. Each paper should include a title, the name and affiliation of each author, a 150-word abstract, and up to 6 keywords. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex).
There are two types of submissions.
The objective of fast abstracts is to report ongoing work, describe practical experiences, introduce new ideas to promote further validation, or state positions on controversial issues. Submit original manuscripts (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of two pages. Each fast abstract should include a title and the name and affiliation of each author. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex).
The objective of posters is to give their authors a chance to present their most recent work and receive feedback on their continuous research. Although posters may not describe completed work, they should at least summarize ongoing research activities along with preliminary results in a concise and easy to understand format. Accepted posters will be displayed at the conference. In addition, authors may submit a written summary (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of two pages, which will be included in the QRS 2022 Companions. The summary should include a title and the name and affiliation of each author. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex).
